My Approach
Many women try to fix overwhelm by adding more practices, more routines, or more pressure on themselves.
But when your nervous system is already overloaded, more effort often makes things worse.
My work focuses on regulating the body first.
We begin by restoring functional breathing patterns, then introduce gentle somatic practices that help your body process stress and reconnect with safety.
From there we bring in supportive movement to build strength, stability, and resilience.
This creates a foundation where calm, clarity, and energy can return naturally.

Somatic Breathwork Coaching

This 1–1 coaching process focuses on restoring functional breathing, regulating your nervous system through somatic practices, and gently rebuilding strength and stability through supportive movement.

Functional Breathing Coaching
Focused 1–1 sessions designed to improve breathing mechanics, reduce overbreathing patterns, and support nervous system regulation through functional breath training.
