Elaina is a Breathing Coach, Pilates Instructor, and Founder of Freedom in Life. She helps overwhelmed women step out of survival mode and back into themselves.
I help high-functioning women who carry too much come back to their bodies. Through structured nervous system education, gentle breathwork, and grounding somatic rituals, I guide women out of chronic overwhelm and out of their heads — into embodied steadiness. My work is for the woman who holds everything together on the outside but longs to feel calm, connected, and internally anchored. This isn’t about productivity or pushing through. It’s about building internal stability and connection so you live your full potential and not let life happen to you.
