Free Weekly Breathwork Session for Nervous System Reset

If you feel overwhelmed, constantly “on”, or disconnected from your body, this free weekly breathwork session is a space to slow down and reset your nervous system.

We practice gentle breathwork and somatic techniques together to help you release tension and reconnect with your body.

What to expect:

In each session we practice:

• calming breathwork techniques
• simple somatic practices
• nervous system regulation
• gentle body awareness

No experience needed.

Just show up as you are.

After the session, many women notice:

• their mind feels quieter
• their breathing slows naturally
• their body feels less tense
• they feel more present and grounded
