1:1 Sessions for Women Who Feel Overwhelmed
You’re holding everything together — work, family, responsibilities — but inside you feel tense, tired, and disconnected from yourself.
When your nervous system is constantly under pressure, traditional self-care often doesn’t help. You don’t need another thing on your to-do list. You need support that works with your body. That is where somatic breathwork coaching comes in.
In our sessions we work in three layers:
1. Functional Breathing
We first improve your everyday breathing patterns so your body can regulate stress more naturally.
2. Nervous System Regulation
Using breathwork and somatic practices, we help your body move out of survival mode and into a calmer, more grounded state.
3. Movement & Integration
Gentle functional movement and Pilates help release tension, build strength, and reconnect you with your body.
